Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas perumusan strategi pemasaran UMKM Ayam Krispi N3 Chicken Purwosari Pasuruan dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT untuk mempertahankan bisnis di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Hasil analisis menghasilkan strategi yang mengoptimalkan kekuatan dan peluang serta meminimalkan kelemahan dan ancaman guna meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha.
