Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur pengaruh good corporate governance dan manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja koperasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada koperasi wanita di kabupaten pasuruan yang terdaftar pada dinas koperasi kabupaten pasuruan. sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 47 koperasi wanita dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (WarpPLS 7.0). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil (1) good corporate governance bepengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap manajemen risiko, (2) good corporate governance berpengaruh negatif signifikan tinggi terhadap kinerja koperasi, (3) manajemen risiko berpengaruh negatif signifikan tinggi terhadap kinerja keuangan.
