Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa kelas 10 di SMK Negeri 2 Sukorejo, dapat dilihat dari perilaku siswa yang sering mengalami kesulitan berbicara didepan umum, sulit berdiskusi dengan teman,takut salah dengan jawaban yang ingin dia ungkapkan, merasa dirinya tidak sempurna, merasa dirinya tidak bisa mengerjakan apa yang dia lakukan, dan tidak bisa mengontrol emosi ketika berkomunikasi dengan temannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 10 di SMK Negeri 02 sebanyak 175 siswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri, dan skala konsep diri. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa kelas 10 di SMK Negeri 02 diterima (Ha).
