Abstract

Duta%20Swalayan%20Pondok%20Pesantren%20Ngalah%20merupakan%20salah%20satu%20unit%20usaha%20yang%20berada%20di%20bawah%20naungan%20koperasi%20pondok%20pesantren%20%28KOPPONTREN%29%20Darut%20Taqwa%20Sengonagung%20Purwosari%20Pasuruan.%20Dalam%20menjalankan%20bisnisnya%20Duta%20Swalayan%20menerapkan%20Marketing%20Mix%20agar%20lebih%20maksimal%20dalam%20meningkatkan%20loyalitas%20konsumen.%20Tujuan%20penelitian%20ini%20adalah%20untuk%20mengetahui%20bagaimana%20strategi%20Marketing%20yang%20dilakukan%20duta%20swalayan%20dalam%20meningkatkan%20loyalitas%20konsumen%2C%20serta%20untuk%20mengetahui%20tinjauan%20ekonomi%20syariah%20terhadap%20strategi%20marketing%20di%20duta%20swalayan%20pondok%20pesantren%20ngalah%20dengan%20menerapkan%20bauran%20pemasaran%204p%20yaitu%20Product%20%28produk%29%2C%20Price%20%28harga%29%2C%20Promotion%20%28promosi%29%2C%20dan%20Place%20%28tempat%2Fdistribusi%29%20dalam%20meningkatkan%20loyalitas%20konsumen.%20Metode%20penelitian%20ini%20menggunakan%20penelitian%20kualitatif%20dan%20pendekatan%20yang%20digunakan%20adalah%20pendekatan%20deskriptif.%20Sumber%20data%20pada%20penelitian%20ini%20menggunakan%20sumber%20data%20primer%20dan%20sekunder.%20Sumber%20data%20primer%20yang%20dilakukan%20melalui%20wawancara%20pada%20pihak%20atasan%20dan%20konsumen%20Duta%20Swalayan%2C%20sedangkan%20sumber%20data%20sekunder%20melalui%20buku-buku%2C%20jurnal%2C%20dan%20sumber%20lainnya%20yang%20berhubungan%20dengan%20judul%20skripsi.%20Berdasarkan%20hasil%20penelitian%20yang%20didapatkan%20bahwa%20strategi%20marketing%20duta%20swalayan%20dalam%20meningkatkan%20loyalitas%20konsumen%20yaitu%20menyediakan%20produk%20yang%20menjadi%20kebutuhan%20sehari-hari%20termasuk%20kebutuhan%20sasaran%20pasar%2C%20harga%20yang%20sesuai%20dengan%20kondisi%20pasar%2C%20promosi%20yang%20diterapkan%20menggunakan%20potongan%20harga%20%28diskon%29%20pada%20beberapa%20produk%20di%20waktu%20tertentu%2C%20dan%20strategi%20tempat%20yang%20tidak%20jauh%20dengan%20sasaran%20pasarnya.%20Strategi%20pemasaran%20yang%20diterapkan%20duta%20swalayan%20sudah%20sesuai%20dengan%20ekonomi%20syariah%20dengan%20cara%20memasarkan%20produk%20sesuai%20kebutuhan%20konsumen%20tidak%20hanya%20kebutuhan%20pribadi%20semata%2C%20transaksi%20yang%20saling%20ridho%2C%20berlaku%20jujur%20antara%20penjual%20dan%20pembeli%20maka%20akan%20terjadilah%20kepuasan%20pasar%20dan%20konsumen%20yang%20loyal%20terhadap%20duta%20swalayan.
