Abstract
RELATIONSHIP STRESS WITH ALCOHOLISM IN ADOLESCENTS IN BANGIL AREA Ayu Masruro Psychology study program at the faculty of psychology Yudharta Pasuruan University Alcoholism is a form of action on the interaction of substances consisting of alcohol so as to increase unconsciousness that can improve well-being, relaxation and unable to control themselves by increasing the emergence of problems with the law, social, physical and psychological, and delicious. Customize your needs. This research is to study the relationship of alcoholism with stress in adolescents. The subjects of the study were adolescents in Kauman Bangil Village, 47 men and 13 women. Data collection used in this study is the scale of alcoholism and stress scale. Based on the calculation of validity, obtained 30 valid items from the stress scale and 34 valid items from alcoholism. The reliability estimate on the alcoholism scale obtained an average value of 0.9399, which indicates very high reliability, and on the stress scale an average value of 0.84 indicates high reliability. Data analysis was calculated using regression analysis of one predictor obtained rxy of 0.692 with r tab 1% 0.330, which stated there was a very significant relationship between variables X and Y, namely between stress and alcoholism Keywords: Alcoholism, Stress
