Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui besa ya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara ownership structure dan intellectual capital terhadap firm value melalui financial performance pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Indonesia Stock Exchange tahun 2014-2018. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 44 perusahaan perbankan. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 29 perusahaan perbankan diperoleh dari purposive judgement sampling. Menggunakan teknik data analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Ownership structure diukur oleh institutional ownership. Intellectual Capital diukur oleh Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC). Financial Performance adalah variabel intervening. Financial performance diukur oleh Retu On Asset (ROA). Firm value adalah variabel dependen. Firm value diukur oleh Price Book Value (PBV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ownership structure dan intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap firm value, financial performance berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap firm value. Financial performance tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara ownership structure terhadap form value, namun mampu memediasi hubungan antara intellectual capital terhadap firm value.
