Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Islamic Social Financial Institutions (LKSS) in Pasuruan Regency in the digital transformation process. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and participant observation. The results of the study indicate that LKSS plays a crucial role in increasing financial accessibility for the community, especially through the application of digital technology such as mobile applications and online platforms. However, challenges such as low digital literacy among the community are still obstacles that need to be overcome. This study recommends the need for educational programs and collaboration with fintech to increase the adoption of digital financial services. Overall, digital transformation in the Islamic social financial sector in Pasuruan Regency is expected to strengthen financial inclusion and promote community welfare.
