Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Kaizen, Personal Knowledge, dan Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(studi pada PT. BPR Mina Mandiri). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif model Asosiatif Kausal dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif, dengan penyebaran skala sikap sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Yaitu teknik untuk menentukan jumlah sampel apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hal ini sering dilakukan bila jumlah populasi relatif kecil, kurang dari 30 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Non Parametrik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah budaya kaizen, personal knowledge, dan quality of work life berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.BPR Mina Mandiri.
