Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel-variabel-variabel yang di teliti dalam penelitian. Variabel tersebut antara lain. E-service quality, perceivedvalue dan purchase intention . Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah konsumen generais Z shopee dengan usia 19 tahun keatas yang ada di Krapyakrejo Pasuruan dengan menggunakan proses penyebaran kuisioner secara online (google form) sebanyak 100 responden. Sedangkan treknik analisis yuang digunakan adalah Analisis Partrial Least Square (PLS) dengan mengggunakan software WarpPLS 7.0
