Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah semua variabel independen baik secara parsial dan simutan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini menngunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan semua variabel independen baik secara parsial dan simutan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen
