Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work culture (X1), perceived organizational support (X2) dan employee engagement (X3 terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) di PT Shinwa Nonwovens Indonesia. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus), yaitu 142 karyawan di PT Shinwa Nonwovens Indonesia. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi linear berganda.
