Abstract
MQ Al-Fatih is one of the Qur'anic educational institutions in the village of Sebandung Sukorejo, Pasuruan. MQ Al-Fatih is starting to produce many children with religious character, and also students in the field are so obedient to the ustaz and ustazah there, the position of character education is very important in human personality, when humans have any kind of intellectual intelligence it will not be useful positively if they do not have moral intelligence. Based on this, the researcher has a research focus which includes: 1) Ustadh ustadhah's parenting pattern in shaping the religious character of MQ Al-Fatih. 2) Factors that support and hinder clerics and clerics in carrying out the character education process. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this research are ustaz and ustazah. This research can also be called ethnomethodology research in which the researcher asks the researched parties to get the correct explanation, using 3 methods, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research conclude that: parenting patterns of religious character formation in students are very good by habituation to students such as holding religious activities, shaking hands with both hands, discipline, exemplary and greeting each other when they meet, it can make students do daily activities with positive things without any coercion but has been embedded in himself. The supporting and inhibiting factors are none other than the family environment, the surrounding environment and peers.
