Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti terkait pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Governance, Enviromental Performance dan Social Performance terhadap Financial Performance Perusahaan Manufaktur pada Sektor Indusri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan merupakan merupakan data sekunder yang di ambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Variabel dependen dari penelitian ini adalah Financial Performance yang diukur dengan return on assets (ROA). Sedangkan Variabel Independen adalah Corporate Governance, Enviromental Performance dan Social Performance. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 54 perusahaan dan dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu 18 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan Analisis Deskriptif menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Performance, Environmental Performance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Performance, Social Performance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Performance
