Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing dan Self Efficacy terhadap Individual Innovation Capability dan Employee Performance Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Aneka Tuna Indonesia Gempol Factory level Unit Head. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dengan sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 148 responden. Metode Analisis data yang digunkaan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil dai penlitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel individual innovation capability, variabel knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel employee performance, variabel self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel individual innovation capability, variabel self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel employee performance, variabel individual innovation capability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance. Kata Kunci : Knowledge Sharing, Self Efficacy, Individual Innovation Capability, Employee Performance.
